Salesforce Account Director (m/f/d) (Suisse Romande)

This is your job:

  • Works closely with current and potential clients (mid- to large markets) as a trusted advisor who deeply understands their unique challenges and goals
  • platforms to create solutions that will help them reach new heights and open new paths within their organizations
  • Define detailed business plans to reach predetermined goals and quotas for the Western Switzerland region
  • Manages the entire sales cycle, from finding a potential customer to getting a deal
  • Discover new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships
  • Works closely and on a win-win basis with vendors from market-leading platforms such as Salesforce
  • Ensure monthly, quarterly and yearly sales are met through implementation of effective performance objectives, programmes, policies and key messages

Your qualifications:

  • 3+ years in client-facing roles for consulting companies, or other relevant work experience
  • Significant experience within a fast-growing, complex solutionbased
  • Business in a high technology product/service sector
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Large network and existing clients portfolio in the Western Switzerland region
  • Vertical industry expertise (Retail, Luxury, CPG, Life Science, Manufacturing) a plus
  • Fluent English and French skills, German a plus
