Digital Marketing Strategist – Retail/CPG/Luxury (m/f/d) (Lausanne)

This is your job:

  • Operate as channel lead and collaborate with sales, product marketing, marketing services in the areas of growth initiatives, program development and implementation, research including competitive insights and recommendations
  • Develop comprehensive email channel maps & frameworks with optics to ensure campaign flows effectively move users across the journey, cross channel effectiveness, recommend changes and make improvements as required
  • Independently initiating multi-purpose personalized & automated email marketing programs, experiments, triggers, templates, & capabilities based on industry and competitive best practices
  • Modernize & maintain channel capabilities and infrastructure via partnership with data (reporting, measurement, analytics) and tech (ad tech, site tech, mar tech)
  • Performs systems quality & analysis activities

Your qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in the AdTech/MarTech industry
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
  • Master’s degree, direct to consumer experience and/or a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Product Manager is preferred
  • 3+ years of experience with at least one web analytics, data marketing and marketing automation platforms
  • Understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem a plus
  • Vertical industry expertise (Retail, Luxury, CPG)
  • Fluent English, French skills, German a plus
