To implement its vision of a Customer Platform, Vitra faced the challenge of introducing a new CRM system.
The previous system was no longer able to map the company’s requirements and keep up with the speed of ideas and innovations at Vitra. Vitra decided to introduce Salesforce and commissioned ec4u with the implementation.
In the first step, the focus was on the introduction of the Salesforce Sales Cloud and the Marketing Cloud as well as the integration with various other existing systems at Vitra. In a second step, the Salesforce Service Cloud and Community Cloud for partners and end customers will follow.
