Mediq Headquarters had launched a global initiative to implement a CRM solution based on Oracle CRM on Demand. The solution was developed by Mediq Netherlands and served as a template for the other subsidiaries.
The Danish Mediq branch decided to implement the global template with local customizations. As the selected partner, ec4u started with a preliminary analysis to identify the gaps between the local requirements and the global template.
After presenting the result to the local management and deciding that the ec4u approach would meet the requirements in an optimal way, ec4u started with the first workshops to get familiar with the details of the customer process.
In cooperation with some responsible persons, ec4u developed and presented options to add small local changes to the global template with the goal to meet the local requirements and to improve the corresponding business processes within the global CRM.
After a project duration of only a few weeks, the state-of-the-art CRM was ready for use by Mediq Danmark A/S. To ensure an efficient rollout, Mediq opted for the train-the-trainer concept proposed by ec4u.
