Together with ec4u’s strategy and specialist consulting, a CRM strategy was developed that was aligned with the company’s goals, and measures were defined to achieve the CRM goals.
At the same time, the CRM processes were recorded with the specialist department and the target processes were subsequently documented with the methodological support of ec4u. The functional requirements were derived on the basis of the target processes. Non-functional and cross-functional requirements were elaborated with the project team and IT.
ec4u actively supported the subsequent tendering process for CRM software and assisted in the evaluation of the offers. Salesforce Sales Cloud® was selected. For the subsequent implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud® , ec4u’s Salesforce® consulting was selected as the implementation partner.
ec4u had overall responsibility for the implementation of Salesforce® at Pavatex. This included the customization of the system, design & review workshops with key users and management, data migration as well as interfaces to the ERP, an Outlook & CTI integration, key user training, reporting & dashboards, testing and the deployment of the Salesforce1 app on iPad and iPhones.
