In 2021, ec4u expert consulting ag will again be part of the Fair Company initiative of Handelsblatt. The employer initiative is sustainably committed to a fair working world.
The Fair Company Initiative of the Handelsblatt is intended to specifically address trainees, students and young professionals. Since 2004, the initiative has linked committed companies with young talent.
The initiators have set themselves the goal of creating fair conditions from the start of a career. This goes hand in hand with the fact that all members are committed to creating transparency and orientation for young professionals. To this end, Fair Company works closely with the Institute for Employment and Employability (IBE). The commitment also includes a set of rules regarding the employment of interns.
“ec4u is an ideal environment for young professionals to recognize their own strengths and develop. We are all the more pleased to continue to be part of Germany’s largest and best-known employer initiative for students and young professionals,” explains Sarah Brüning, Manager Human Resources ec4u.
With the Young Talents program, ec4u has been offering young people fair working conditions and development prospects for a long time. From day one, the Young Talents are comprehensively supervised and supported. The program was supplemented in 2017 by joining the Fair Company initiative. In addition to certification as an attractive employer and participation in the “Bring Women Back To Work” initiative, ec4u now also communicates its successful work with young talent to the outside world. In doing so, ec4u is particularly committed to fairness as well as the values of the younger generations in the working world.
