How To Apply Successfully

Step 1: Sending the application

  • Send your application documents, preferably assembled in a PDF file, to HR@ec4u.com or via the button below.
  • Indicate which position you are applying for.

Scope of the documents

In our opinion, a complete application includes

  • a personal cover letter of a maximum of one DIN A4 page, in which you tell us what you would like to do (stating the job title and where you found the advertisement) and the reasons why you would like to work for ec4u.
  • a complete CV in tabular form. The CV should include a clear list of your technology skills.
  • proof of certification.

Step 2: Receipt of application & review of documents

In the first step, we review your documents from a professional point of view and check whether your profile fits the position you are applying for. We will inform you promptly how to proceed.

Step 3: Telephone interview

In order to get a first personal impression, we usually conduct a telephone interview with applicants who appear suitable before an interview, promptly after we receive the application. This interview also gives you the opportunity to address any questions or open points.

Step 4: Interview

Interviews usually take place with a representative of the department and an employee from Human Resources. On the one hand, the interview includes informative aspects that give you an insight and introduce ec4u as an employer. On the other hand, sufficient time is also planned to get to know each other. Together with the colleagues from the specialist department, the colleagues from Human Resources will present the position and opportunities and match this with your skills, abilities and career goals.

Step 5: Decision & Onboarding

We select our employees according to these four aspects:

  • Expertise (technological and/or technical)
  • Methodological skills (e.g. work organization, project management)
  • Personal & social skills (e.g. ability to work in a team, customer orientation, etc.)
  • Experience (in job, projects, leadership)

After an acceptance you will receive your employment contract and we are looking forward to welcome you soon in our team. Approximately 3-4 weeks before your first day of work, you will receive detailed information about the onboarding process from us via E-mail.
